My Mission
I am Richard Leon. Like many of you, I have had challenges selecting nutritious foods and strength building exercises that I can enjoy while reaping the benefits of losing weight, being pain free, increasing stamina and maintaining mental clarity. A healthy lifestyle consisting of eating nutrient dense foods, exercising regularly and limiting sugar, trans fats and alcohol can be considered an insurance policy for an enjoyable life today and after retirement.I wrote this manual because I have seen so many retired people who are financially secure yet unable to truly enjoy their retirement due to the pain and discomfort of failing health. Over time I learned that many health issues that people face can be prevented by a nutritious diet and routine exercise. Numerous healthcare professionals have written papers to confirmed this. I believe that the people who read this manual and adopt the ideas will experience the following benefits:
